Our Vision
MahJong Socialites was founded by three women brought together through a shared love of MahJong and a passion for building community. What started as a friendship around the MahJong table quickly grew into a mission to help others discover the joy, connection, and camaraderie that make the game so special.
Founded by Jodie Mercer, Tone Dupuis, and Susan Ponticello Loughlin, MahJong Socialites. Our vision is to create a thriving MahJong community where people come together to learn, play, connect, and build lasting friendships. We are committed to promoting the enjoyment of American MahJong while honoring National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules, etiquette, and standards of play.
Through exceptional instruction, creative events, social gatherings, tournaments, and fundraisers, we strive to facilitate player development at every skill level. Whether someone is learning the basics , refining stratey., or participating in tournaments and open play, our goal is to provide opportunities for continued growth, confidence, and connection.
